1. What is Fitpass?

WHAT IS FITPASS?

Fitpass is a corporate service that enables employees of partner companies and their family members to engage in more than 40 sports activities in up to 300 facilities throughout Georgia.

HOW CAN I BUY FITPASS MEMBERSHIP?

To be able to purchase a Fitpass membership, you or your family member's employer must be our partner. To check information about the partnership, write us the company name in the website chat, and we will try to answer you as soon as possible.

I WANT TO PURCHASE A FITPASS MEMBERSHIP, BUT MY COMPANY IS NOT YOUR PARTNER. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

In this case, you can purchase a Fitpass membership with the help of a *family member or ask your colleagues in charge of your company's benefits know you are interested in a Fitpass membership.

HOW CAN I, AS AN EMPLOYEE, HELP AN EMPLOYER ENTER INTO A PARTNERSHIP WITH FITPASS?

Once you have completed the form, our representative will contact the person responsible for the benefits or organizational matters to explain the detailed terms and conditions and sign a partnership agreement if desired.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A COMPANY TO ENTER A PARTNERSHIP WITH FITPASS?

The partnership is completely free of charge. However, there are other requirements, such as: 

 

1) At least *10 people must be interested in purchasing a Fitpass membership (employees and their family members - parents, spouses, children and siblings).

 

*Please note that the minimum number of applicants may change depending on the company's size.

 

2) The company's human resources or organizational manager must be involved in updating the number of applicants on a monthly basis.

MY COMPANY IS A PARTNER OF FITPASS. FOR WHICH FAMILY MEMBERS CAN I PURCHASE THE MEMBERSHIP? 

You can buy a Fitpass membership for the following family members: parents, spouse, children and siblings.

Suppose you want to buy a Fitpass for a minor family member. In that case, it is necessary to check the information regarding the age restriction with the partner sports facility in advance.

FOR HOW MANY FAMILY MEMBERS CAN I ACTIVATE THE FITPASS MEMBERSHIP?

You can purchase a Fitpass membership for a maximum of 5 family members.

CAN I ACTIVATE FITPASS MEMBERSHIP FOR MY FAMILY MEMBER ONLY? 

Yes, with the help of your employer, you can activate the Fitpass for family member/members only, even if you don't buy it for yourself.

2. How to use Fitpass?

I BOUGHT A FITPASS MEMBERSHIP. HOW CAN I USE IT?

Please select the desired sports facility on our website or app. When you visit, open the application's QR scanner and scan the QR code at the facility's entrance.

HOW OFTEN CAN I USE FITPASS?

You can register a visit with the Fitpass application at most once a day, for a month, every day.

CAN I VISIT DIFFERENT PARTNER FACILITIES EACH DAY OF MY MEMBERSHIP?

Of course, you can visit any partner facility daily for one activity/per day.

The Olympic Complex is an exception, where you can do swimming and fitness on the same day.

IN WHICH CITIES CAN I USE FITPASS?

You can use Fitpass in 10 cities across Georgia: Tbilisi, Rustavi, Batumi, Zestafoni, Kutaisi, Mtskheta, Zugdidi, Marneuli, Gori, Kobuleti.

I BOUGHT A FITPASS MEMBERSHIP THROUGH MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER AND THEN CHANGED THE COMPANY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the new employing company is also our partner, it is necessary to contact the person responsible for HR or organizational issues about the activation of Fitpass.

You can sign in to the application with your old email and password. If you need to change your email, write to us in the chat on the website.

SHOULD I CONTACT THE PARTNER FACILITY BEFORE I VISIT?

Most facilities do not require booking; however, in the case of group exercises, due to the limited number of people in the group, you will need to sign up in advance.

SHOULD I PAY ANY EXTRA MONEY EXCEPT MY MEMBERSHIP FEE?

Apart from the one-month fee, you don't have to pay extra for Fitpass membership. But, it is necessary to read a description of the desired object on our application or website because some have additional fees for additional services.

WITH MY MEMBERSHIP, CAN I VISIT ANY FACILITY LISTED ON THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION?

Yes, every facility listed on the Fitpass app or website is our partner, and you can visit any of them with your Fitpass membership.

WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE VISITING A PARTNER FACILITY?

To register a visit, you must log in to the application. To log in, please use an email registered in our system. The first-time password is sent to the registered email. Please change it as soon as you log in to the app.

CAN I STOP MY FITPASS MEMBERSHIP?

All partner companies choose a monthly billing period, which means members can be paused and activated only during that time. To pause your membership, you must contact the HR or organizational department that helped you to purchase the membership.

THE FACILITY I WANT TO VISIT IS NOT YOUR PARTNER. WHAT DO I DO?

Please let us know which facility you want to add to our partners' list. We will try our maximum to interest them to join our system. You can write to us in the app or website chat.

WHERE CAN I USE FITPASS MEMBERSHIP?

With the Fitpass application, you can register a visit to partner facilities throughout Georgia.

HOW CAN I USE FITPASS APP?

- First, download the application and go through the authorization process.

- If you have already purchased Fitpass, you would receive the password for logging in in the form of a newsletter on the email your company used to register you within our system.

- If you haven't received your password, click Reset Password, enter the email registered in our system, and the updated password will be sent to you automatically

- To register a visit, it is necessary for the app to have access to the location, camera and Internet

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

On the authorization page, mark the "Password reset" button, indicate the e-mail registered in our system, and the updated password will be sent to you instantly.

Please note that for your security, it is necessary to change the password to access the application.

To change your password, go to your profile page, open "Edit Profile", and click "Change Password".

If you haven't changed your profile password before, in the current password field, enter the password you received from Fitpass in the e-mail, then enter the desired password in the following fields and confirm.

I FORGOT MY EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I WANT TO CHANGE MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To change your mobile number, you need to contact the person responsible for HR or organizational matters of the employer company who helped you to purchase a Fitpass membership. They will update your mobile number in our system.

CAN MY FAMILY MEMBER USE MY PROFILE CREDENTIALS IN FITPASS APP?

No, because each user has a personal account in the Fitpass system. You and your family member must log into the application with a personal e-mail and password.

MY PROFILE IS BLOCKED IN THE APP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Only one user can use a personal profile in the application. After activation, personal profile data is generated, with which you can log into the application. At first authentication, the application remembers the device as a trusted device. The application will be blocked if you activate your profile and check in with another device.

Please note that the device will be unblocked within five working days. You will not be able to use a Fitpass membership during this period.

WHEN I FILL THE APP WITH ONE TIME PASSWORD, IT SAYS IT'S WRONG. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
